The good people at The Rivard Report asked me to write about my neighborhood, Mahncke Park, for their “Where I Live” series. Having a lot of pride in San Antonio, and in particular my neighborhood, this was a challenging article to write – I wanted to make sure that I represented the neighborhood and its energy the best way possible. Revision after revision went into the trash, until I arrived at the final draft. I hope that you enjoy it!
